Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse first opened Rivea, which offers a delectable fusion of French and Italian cuisine, on the 64th floor of the original Delano Hotel in October 2015. Before Rivea, this prime location housed the renowned Mix Restaurant.

After taking ownership of the Delano in December 2024, the W is now making significant changes to refresh the property.

Raising the Burger Bar

Bar Code Burgers, located in Las Vegas, has been hailed as offering “The Hands Down Best Burger” in Nevada, as per a recent Chowhound article that highlights top burgers in every state. Their unique 2-Bite Guarantee promises customers a refund if they aren’t impressed within the first two bites.

This family-owned bar and gaming lounge first opened its doors a decade ago at 1590 E. Flamingo Road and has turned a former dive bar, the Elbow Room, into a celebrated burger joint.

• Improper wastewater and sewage disposal (5 demerits)

• Equipment not properly approved or maintained (5 demerits)

Additionally, the food truck Antojitos Los Guayabitos faced a temporary closure, reporting 49 demerits for similar violations during their inspection.
